Hey there, I'm Michael Sallustio, the founder of The Trade Exchange. For the past two decades, I've called Coffs Harbour on the beautiful East Coast of Australia home, and I've built a life I love here with my four kids.

I'm a hands-on kind of guy, passionate about gardening, cooking, wildlife, and all things outdoors. More importantly, I love helping people and making our community stronger.

I've worn many hats over the years—I have a successful pet enclosure business and offered handyman services to folks around town. I've also got a solid background in sales, and marketing. Through all these experiences, I've always been driven by the idea of sharing my skills and helping others out. This passion led me to create something new and exciting: The Trade Exchange.
